So here we are, finishing another redesign and I wonder...

How much does an average user appreciate the time spent on a makeover of these proportions? I figure I have close to a hundred man hours involved through all the file transfers, technical errors, and mistakes. Do they care? I can only wonder I guess, I know the work was worth it from my point of view, since I'm hoping to give my users a significant increase of functionality. Hopefully it will also develop into a project that looks a lot more aesthetic than the last feeble design I was saddled with.
